Privacy Policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).
1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected
We only collect data you voluntarily provide via the contact form: name, email address, phone number and message text. The server also records technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, date and time of visit) in system logs, used solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed to respond to your contact and appointment requests, manage the clinical-patient relationship, and comply with legal and fiscal obligations. We do not carry out profiling, nor do we use your data for marketing purposes or commercial communications.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent when submitting the contact form, the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (management of the treatment pathway), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Data Retention
Contact data is retained only for the time strictly necessary to manage the request and is subsequently deleted. Clinical data is retained for the period required by Swiss health regulations (minimum 10 years from last contact).
6. Data Location and Disclosure to Third Parties
All data is stored and processed on servers located in Switzerland. No data is transferred outside of Switzerland. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. It may be disclosed to technical service providers (hosting) acting as data processors, also based in Switzerland, in compliance with applicable regulations.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing, and request data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you reside in the EU, with the supervisory authority of your country.
