Privacy Policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) of 25 September 2020.
1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected
We only collect data you voluntarily provide via the contact form: name, email address, phone number and message text. The server also records technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, date and time of visit) in system logs, used solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed to respond to your contact and appointment requests, manage the clinical-patient relationship, and comply with legal and fiscal obligations. We do not carry out profiling, nor do we use your data for marketing purposes or commercial communications.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (appointment booking, initial contact with the Studio).
5. Data Retention
Contact data submitted via the form is retained only for the time strictly necessary to manage the request and is subsequently deleted.
6. Data Location and Disclosure to Third Parties
All data is stored and processed on servers located in Switzerland. No data is transferred outside of Switzerland. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. It may be disclosed to technical service providers (hosting) acting as data processors, also based in Switzerland, in compliance with applicable regulations.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing, and request data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you reside in the EU, with the supervisory authority of your country.
